After being let down by three other Plumbers, Max turned up earlier than expected and got on with the work immediately. He was courteous and explained what he was doing at every stage. I will be using Max Heating again and thoroughly recommend him to all. Nick.

Max resolved a number of issues for me today. He was on time, very polite and kept me updated on what he was doing and why. Any costs were agreed before work was carried out. I would highly recommend his services.

I recently noticed a leak under the kitchen sink. At the same time the water pressure on the kitchen sink was very low. I called Max and he was able to fix the problem within 24 hours of my phone call. The work itself only took 30 minutes to complete. I phoned several plumbers who told me the job was either too small or they were too busy. Some plumbers I called didn't even reply to my messages. Max however was very responsive and committed to completing the work even though he was also very busy. I would highly recommend.

We asked Max to help us finish our bathrooms at the last minute, so he had to work a little bit blind as to what had been planned/fitted already. Not a problem - he worked it all out and installed the en-suite shower room. Advised and did the tiling, which was well done. Downstairs wc was a little more complicated due to boxed in pipes. Toilet was a pain to fix (our fault) - he had to try several different waste pipes to make it work but we got there in the end. Again, tiling, fixing and fittings all good. We've used Max before, he's reliable and trustworthy. Would recommend and use again.
